Inviando il tuo design dichiari ed accetti che:
- Il design è stato creato da te ed è di tua proprietà.
- Il design non viola regole o accordi presi con altre aziende o società.
- Il design non viola nessun copyright o proprietà intellettuali altrui e che in caso di eventuali problemi legali dovuti ad esso, sosterrai le spese necessarie alla risoluzione della eventuale disputa legale.
- IMAFAN COVER è libera di promuovere e condividere il tuo design al fine di incrementare le vendite.
- Verrai retribuito per un importo pari al 20% di ogni articolo venduto, potrai liberamente richiedere in ogni momento tramite l’apposita area del tuo profilo il pagamento del tuo saldo che avverrà tramite Paypal.
- Il tuo design potrà essere utilizzato da IMAFAN COVER ed inserito nel proprio catalogo per fiere e manifestazioni.
- I diritti del design rimangono tuoi, non sei vincolato con IMAFAN COVER e potrai inviare lo stesso ad altre aziende o progetti.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting your design, you declare and accept that:
- The design was created by you and is owned by you.
- The design does not violate rules or agreements made with other companies or companies.
- The design does not violate any copyrights or intellectual property of others and that in the event of any legal problems due to it, you will bear the costs necessary to resolve any legal dispute.
- IMAFAN COVER is free to promote and share your design in order to increase sales.
- You will be paid an amount equal to 20% of each item sold, you can freely request at any time through the appropriate area of your profile the payment of your balance which will take place via Paypal.
- Your design can be used by IMAFAN COVER and included in its catalog for fairs and events.
- The design rights remain yours, you are not bound by IMAFAN COVER and you can send the same to other companies or projects.
